Bertha's recipe:
Ingredients-
- 4 chicken breasts- cooked and cubed
 - 1 1/2 tsp oregano leaves
 - 1/2 tsp garlic salt
 - 1/4 tsp pepper
 - 2 T melted butter
 - 2 cans cream of chicken soup
 - 1 T chopped parsley
 
- combine all the ingredients, spread over chunks of chicken in a casserole dish
 - top with 2 cups of shredded Monteray jack cheese
 - combine 1/2 c dry bread crumbs and 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
 - Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes
