Chicken Kiev Casserole

Bertha's recipe:

Ingredients-
  • 4 chicken breasts- cooked and cubed
  • 1 1/2 tsp oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 T chopped parsley
Directions-
  1. combine all the ingredients, spread over chunks of chicken in a casserole dish
  2. top with 2 cups of shredded Monteray jack cheese
  3. combine 1/2 c dry bread crumbs and 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
  4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes
Bertha likes to serve this with rice.
